Orders within India are typically dispatched within 2–7 business days for ready-to-ship products. Customized or made-to-order jewellery may require additional manufacturing time.
International Shipping
Mirano Jewels ships worldwide through reputable international courier partners. International orders are generally delivered within 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and local courier services.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Promotional free shipping offers may apply to selected regions or order values.
Customs Duties & Taxes

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team. If the order has not entered the manufacturing or customization stage, a full refund will be processed.
Customized & Personalized Jewellery
Customized, engraved, made-to-order, or specially manufactured jewellery cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded once production has commenced.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customers may refer to the Return & Refund Policy, if applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
Fraud Prevention
Mirano Jewels reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or violations of company policies. In such cases, a full refund will be issued where applicable.
