Damages & Issues

- Personalized or engraved pieces are unique and non-returnable.

To exchange an item:

Direct exchanges are not processed.
California & EU Return Policies

- Under California Consumer Protection Laws, most non-customized items can be returned within 14days, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
- Customized or personalized items are excluded.

- Under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
- Exclusions: Customized, personalized, or unsealed items (for hygiene reasons).
Refund Process
