At Mirano Jewels, we are committed to providing transparency and long-term value to our customers. Our Buyback Policy applies only to eligible components of your jewellery and is subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligible for Buyback

Mirano Jewels offers buyback on:

The buyback value will be calculated based on the prevailing market rates and the quality verification conducted by Mirano Jewels at the time of evaluation.

Components Not Eligible for Buyback

The following charges and components are strictly non-refundable and non-buybackable:

❌ Labour Charges

❌ Stone Setting Charges

❌ Certification Charges

❌ Shipping Charges

❌ Insurance Charges

❌ Taxes, GST, Duties, and Government Levies

❌ Packaging Charges

❌ Customization Charges

❌ Engraving Charges

❌ CAD Design Charges

❌ Repair or Service Charges

Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery

Lab-Grown Diamonds are not eligible for buyback.

The value of Lab-Grown Diamonds is not included in any buyback calculation. Only the eligible Gold or Platinum component (if applicable) may be considered for buyback evaluation.

Natural Diamond Buyback

Natural Diamonds purchased from Mirano Jewels may qualify for buyback subject to:

  • Original Purchase Invoice being presented.
  • Original Diamond Certificate being presented.
  • Successful authenticity verification.
  • No signs of tampering, replacement, or damage.
  • Product meeting current quality assessment standards.

Mirano Jewels reserves the right to verify the diamond before determining the final buyback value.

Gold & Platinum Buyback

Gold and Platinum jewellery will be evaluated based on:

  • Purity verification (14K, 18K, 22K, Platinum etc.)
  • Net metal weight after stone deduction.
  • Current market rates prevailing on the date of evaluation.
  • Physical condition of the jewellery.

Deductions may apply for impurities, damages, missing parts, or wear and tear.

Required Documents

To avail buyback services, customers must provide:

  • Original Purchase Invoice/Bill
  • Original Diamond Certificate (where applicable)
  • Valid Government-issued Identification
  • Any additional ownership verification requested by Mirano Jewels

Buyback requests without original documentation may be rejected.

Inspection Process

All jewellery submitted for buyback will undergo:

  • Authenticity Verification
  • Metal Purity Testing
  • Diamond Verification
  • Weight Assessment
  • Condition Evaluation

The final buyback value will be communicated after successful inspection.

Right to Refuse

Mirano Jewels reserves the right to refuse buyback for:

  • Missing invoices or certificates
  • Altered or modified jewellery
  • Damaged jewellery
  • Counterfeit products
  • Stolen property
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Products not originally purchased from Mirano Jewels

Policy Updates

Mirano Jewels reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or discontinue this Buyback Policy at any time without prior notice.

The final buyback decision and valuation shall remain solely at the discretion of Mirano Jewels.
